Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your KOD account and what data is removed. You can delete your account inside the app, or request deletion by contacting support — even without the app installed.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the KOD app and go to the «Профиль» (Profile) tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap «Удалить профиль» (Delete profile).
  3. Confirm in the dialog — tap «Удалить» (Delete).

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately. This action is irreversible.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, request account deletion via:

Include the phone number or e-mail your account is registered with, and the text: “Please delete my KOD account and personal data.” We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account.

3. What data is deleted

  • Profile: name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, gender, height/weight, profile photo;
  • Ring biometrics: heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps, temperature, stress, SpO₂;
  • Numerology results and interpretations, progress, tasks and activity history;
  • Device (ring) binding and related settings.

4. What is retained and for how long

Payment & transaction recordsRetained for the period required by law for accounting/tax purposes (up to 5 years), then deleted. This is a legal requirement, not marketing use.
Anonymized / aggregated dataMay be kept in a form that does not identify you.
Processing timeIn the app — immediate. By request to support — within 7 business days.

Удаление аккаунта и данных

1. Удалить аккаунт в приложении

  1. Откройте приложение «КОД» и перейдите на вкладку «Профиль».
  2. Прокрутите вниз и нажмите «Удалить профиль».
  3. Подтвердите — нажмите «Удалить».

Аккаунт и связанные данные удаляются сразу. Действие необратимо.

2. Запросить удаление без приложения

Напишите на admin@numschool-web.com или в Telegram @Egiazarova_support_bot. Укажите телефон или e-mail аккаунта и текст: «Прошу удалить мой аккаунт и персональные данные в приложении КОД».

3. Какие данные удаляются

  • Профиль: имя, e-mail, телефон, дата рождения, пол, рост/вес, фото;
  • Биометрия с кольца: пульс, ВСР (HRV), сон, шаги, температура, стресс, SpO₂;
  • Нумерологические расчёты, прогресс, задания, история активности;
  • Привязка кольца и связанные настройки.

4. Что хранится и сколько

Данные о платежахХранятся в течение срока, установленного законом для бухгалтерского/налогового учёта (до 5 лет), затем удаляются.
Обезличенные данныеМогут сохраняться в виде, не позволяющем вас идентифицировать.
Срок обработкиВ приложении — сразу. По запросу — в течение 7 рабочих дней.
